Terms of Service

1. Description of Services:

Sunshine provides users registration services such as registering a company, registering a LLP, trademark registration and other corporate advisory services (the “Service”). You are responsible for obtaining access to the Site, and that access may involve third-party fees (such as Internet service provider or airtime charges). In addition, you must provide and are responsible for all equipment necessary to access the Site.

2. Your Account:

In consideration of your use of the site, you represent that you are of legal age to form a binding contract and are not a person barred from receiving services under the laws of India or other applicable jurisdiction. You also agree to provide true, accurate, current and complete information about yourself as prompted by the Site’s registration form. If you provide any information that is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete (or becomes untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete), or if www.sunshinecorp.biz has reasonable grounds to suspect that such information is untrue, inaccurate, not current or incomplete, www.sunshinecorp.biz has the right to suspend or terminate the service and refuse any and all current or future use of the site and refuse to provide service to you. If you use the Site, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and password, and for restricting access to your computer. You agree to accept responsibility for all activities that occur under your account or password. Because of this, we strongly recommend that you exit from your account at the end of each session. You agree to notify www.sunshinecorp.biz immediately of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security. www.sunshinecorp.biz reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or remove or edit content in its sole discretion.

3. Indemnity:

You agree to indemnify and hold www.sunshinecorp.biz (and its officers, directors, partners, Designated partners, agents, subsidiaries, joint ventures, and employees) harmless from any claim or demand, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, or arising out of or related to your breach of this TOS, or your violation of any law or the rights of a third party.

4. Payment Policy:

You agree to make payment to www.sunshinecorp.biz either online through payment gateway or by cheque in the name of Sunshine Corporate Solutions Private Limited or by cash or by way of fund transfer or any other acceptable mode of payment allowed in Indian rupees under Indian statutes.

5. Cancellation Policy and Refund Policy:

If the cancellation was done before the start of the registration process or any other service availed through Sunshine, the full amount minus any bank charges and payment gateway charges will be refunded to the customer.
If you cancel the order at any time after the service has been rendered in part, Sunshine shall deduct the amount proportionately for which the services have been rendered or completed and refund the balance. The amount shall be determined by Sunshine. The refund amount shall be subject to deduction of bank charges and payment gateway fee paid.
If customer paid twice for one transaction, the one transaction amount will be refunded via same source within 15 to 20 working days

6. General:

If any of these conditions are deemed invalid, void, or for any reason unenforceable, the parties agree that the court should endeavour to give effect to the parties’ intentions as reflected in the provision, and the unenforceable condition shall be deemed severable and shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any remaining condition. This TOS and the relationship between you and Sunshine will be governed by the laws in India without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
